Why do you need an oversized D20? Why not? That's the real question.
I can print any size up to 170mm overall height. 50-60mm is about the size of a tennis ball, 75mm is roughly a baseball, 100mm is a softball, and 170mm is about the same as a mini basketball.
If you'd like a size other than what's listed, pick the one closest and fill in the note field.
Color is subject to what I have on hand, though I can get any color from Amazon in a day or two. Currently, I have green, "digital blue," and purple on hand. Leave your preference in the note field when ordering.
Please note, these are difficult to print (the big ones take 36 hours!) and while I'm working on ironing out the errors, there likely to be some minor defects in each copy. Examples are shown in the last 4 photos below. Those defects will not change your odds of rolling that natural 20, though!
