This was the initial version I printed and shipped. We tweaked the design a few times before getting to the final version.

I went through 6 versions of the design before settling on this.

We had to work around the radiator plumbing to make it fit. This whole thing would hav been a lot easier if he didn't live 5 hours away, but with some creative measuring and lots of photos sent back and forth, we got it to work correctly!
